Description
Zinsser B-I-N can be applied to most indoor materials. It blocks stains and odours resulting from water & fire damage and seals stains from dark colours, grease, rust, etc. Exterior use is strictly and exclusively limited for spot priming of persistent bleed from knots and sap streaks before full-surface priming with water or oil base primer.
B-I-N seals smoke stains and odours caused by fires or tobacco. It also seals urine and other animal odours from smelling. It can be used as an adhesion primer on smooth surfaces without sanding or deglossing.
